LA EJECUCIÓN DEL DESPIDO DISCIPLINARIO EN LAS EMPRESAS SOCIALMENTE RESPONSABLES

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is defined by an organization's commitment to society and the environment in which it operates. In this commitment, good organizational management practices aligned with social responsibility strategies that configure the framework of action of organizations are necessary. In this context, legal figures such as disciplinary dismissal, common in organizations, a critical decision that directly affects their workers, can also be carried out responsibly. The work defines the concepts of social responsibility, disciplinary dismissal (in current Spanish regulations) and good practices, and proposes a responsible execution methodology for disciplinary dismissal that organizations can implement, within their corporate social responsibility strategies.
