Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
Research Articles
Original research articles, literature reviews and methodological notes, with a theoretical framework, an explicit methodology, results and references. Suggested length: 6,000-10,000 words. Double-anonymous peer review.
Management Practice
A section aimed at managers and practitioners. It publishes applied work that transfers knowledge to the management of organisations: case studies, CSR and sustainability plans, responsible business plans, innovation and digital transformation projects, and good practices in Industry 6.0, artificial intelligence, ethics and responsible management.
Recommended structure: executive summary; context and organisation; challenge or opportunity; proposal or intervention; results and impact (economic, social and environmental); lessons learned and recommendations for managers; references.
Suggested length: 3,000-6,000 words. Assessment: editorial review plus review by at least one expert (academic or practitioner) in the field, assessing practical usefulness, rigour and clarity.
